Welcome to Real Talk on GodTalk! By using our website, member pages, or store, you agree to the following terms and policies.

Membership accounts are for individual use only.
Do not share your login with others.
We may update, suspend, or end membership offerings at any time.
You may cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel, your access to member content and benefits will end immediately or at the close of your current billing cycle (if applicable).
All membership fees are non-refundable, including in cases of partial use, unused time, or early cancellation.
The inability or decision not to access or utilize membership content after enrollment shall not constitute a basis for a refund of any kind.

All content on this site, including but not limited to podcast episodes, transcripts, bonus content, videos, graphics, logos, designs, downloads, and related materials (the “Content”) is the property of Real Talk On Godtalk and is protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
The name Real Talk On Godtalk, its logos, taglines, and other brand identifiers are protected trademarks and may not be used without our express written permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, upload, post, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works, or exploit our Content or brand in any form without our prior written consent.
This restriction includes, but is not limited to:
- Using our Content, brand name, or likeness for commercial purposes.
- Republishing episodes, transcripts, or materials on other platforms.
- Using our Content for training, input, or development of artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning systems.
Limited personal use: Members may access and enjoy the Content for their own personal, non-commercial use only.

All sales in our store are processed securely through Squarespace and Squarespace Payments.
Prices are in USD and may change at any time.
Payments must be completed before an order is shipped.

Orders ship within [5–7] business days.
U.S. orders ship via USPS.
International orders may take longer depending on location.
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at realtalkongodtalk@gmail.com within 30 days of placing your order, and we’ll make it right.

Information We Collect

Customer/Membership Account details: name and email when you sign up.
Order details: shipping address, billing address, payment information (processed securely by third-party providers).
Analytics: standard website usage data (via Squarespace).

How We Use Information

To provide access to the member site.
To process and ship store orders.
To send occasional updates, newsletters, or podcast news (you can unsubscribe anytime).
To email members with updates related to their membership, podcast news, bonus content, and community announcements. By signing up as a member, you consent to receive these emails.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to help operate our site, store, and communications. For example, we may collect your email through Squarespace and then use external platforms such as DISCO to create and send email updates.
Your data may be transferred between these services only for the purposes of delivering updates, managing membership, and improving your experience.
Payments are processed securely by services such as Squarespace Payments, Stripe or PayPal.

Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee 100% security.

Your Rights
